● Treat Yourself! Vacations, LLC (Affiliate of Starward Vacations) agrees to provide the following services: ●

○  To facilitate the booking of travel (airfare, hotel/resort, tour, ground transportation,excursions, etc. or any desired combination) for parties greater than ten (10)persons. ○  Talk with the client to determine budget, location and additional details. ○  Collect the resort deposit and apply that payment on your behalf if required. ○  Manage all travel portfolio details such as payment, invoicing and room allocation details. ○  Handle all files in the event of any supplier changes. ○  Provide consultation to the client and their fellow travelers during the planning stage and respond to all queries in a timely manner. ○  To provide all travel documents no later than ten (10) days prior to departure. ○  To provide support in case of any issues that may occur before, during and/or after travel. ○  To communicate pertinent information about your destination, payment date reminders, etc. Client agrees to the following: ○  To be attentive to consultant communications. ○  Abide by supplier/hotel Terms & Conditions ○  To give his/her due diligence to relevant travel warnings. ○  To provide accurate traveler information pertinent to the trip. ○  To take responsibility for completing travel specific duties. ○  Client and fellow travelers agree to make all payments by the stated deadlines. ○  To pay a cancellation fee of $50 per reservation for all trips cancelled prior to travel. ○  To Purchase the recommended Travel Protection Plan or sign a waiver declining said Travel Protection Plan.

●  RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The client has the right to choose not to proceed with any travel arrangements quoted.The consultant holds the responsibility to source travel packages, present quotes in a professional manner and advise on suitable packages being offered by either the resort,tour company or supplier.

●  TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

○ Client authorizes Treat Yourself! Vacations, LLC (Affiliate of Starward Vacations) to act as my consultant for the airline, tour operator, supplier, cruise line or other supplier as indicated in the documents, brochures, correspondence or other communication that will be used for travel.

○  Client understands these suppliers are responsible for providing the travelservices purchased.

○  Client consents to and requests the use of those suppliers.

○  Client accepts that Treat Yourself! Vacations, LLC (Affiliate of Starward Vacations) is NOT responsible for, nor will the client attempt to hold it liable forany injury, damage or loss suffered for any conditions, actions or omissions thatare beyond the reasonable control of Treat Yourself! Vacations, LLC (Affiliate ofStarward Vacations).

○  Treat Yourself! Vacations, LLC (Affiliate of Starward Vacations) warrants anddeclares that every effort will be made to provide the best prices available for theresorts that you request. ○  In the unlikely event that a catastrophic situation should occur that redirects orreschedules your travel plans and the supplier is unable to provide CLIENT withthe agreed upon travel services and/or products, Treat Yourself! Vacations, LLC(Affiliate of Starward Vacations) is not responsible for any other damages,emotional or otherwise. ○  Client understands that if traveling internationally all persons must have a validpassport book. Client understands that a passport card is not valid for air travel.Depending on destination and the origin of client’s passport, guests may need toobtain a visa. Proof of citizenship is required for travel outside the United States.

○  Treat Yourself! Vacations, LLC (Affiliate of Starward Vacations) will advise clientsof the supplier's refund, change and cancellation fees and penalties. ○  Client is aware that the airline ticket, especially holiday, group and discountedfares, may be subject to the loss of some or all of the fare or require theexpenditure of additional money if client elects to change or cancel thisreservation.

○  Client agrees that customized group travel is fully non refundable and nontransferable. Depending on the supplier you may be able to change dates oftravel but additional fees may be assessed.

○  Client agrees that adequate travel insurance protection will be considered fortheir travels to include but not be limited to: cancellation and trip interruption, tripdelay, medical coverage and loss of baggage coverage. If this protection isdeclined, a signed liability release waiver form will be required. ○  Client agrees to review and agree to all the terms and conditions of penalties onresorts, tours/excursions, insurance and airlines. ○  Client will review the travel documents upon receipt for accuracy.

○  Client may contact Treat Yourself! Vacations, LLC (Affiliate of Starward Vacations) with any questions at any time and receive a response within areasonable time during business hours and 24 hours on the weekend. Clientswho are traveling may reach out at anytime. ○  Client agrees to approve terms and conditions, and appoints Treat Yourself!Vacations, LLC (Affiliate of Starward Vacations) to research vacation plans. Ifagreed upon, client will receive a personal consultation offering relevant adviceand a suggested itinerary for a customized itinerary tailored to clients interests and goals based on the requested information provided through interviews with Treat Yourself! Vacations, LLC (Affiliate of Starward Vacations).
